Glorious intoxication of the soul is the reward of all who seek it in the bosom of nature. ~ Gibran

March is the anteroom of April, the transitional turning point of seasons when cold, damps months of winter melt into deep sleep. Nature begins to turn up the thermostat, a prelude to the awakening of spring’s bouquets. Understandably, the change occurs over a period of time. In this shift of seasons it occurs we are always in between two phases in life. We are always shifting – let it.

Throughout my life the more me I’ve become the more powerfully I express myself. This is available to you too, all of us have the capacity to release. Our message today it to be more real and honor the truth in all. Begin a practice of being yourself in conversations, on your dates, in your marriage, in the office, in your home and with your family.

“Don’t be afraid of the space between your dreams and reality. If you can dream it, you can make it so.” ~ Belva Davis

Growing up my sisters and I would spend hours lying on your stomachs, searching for four-leaf clovers. We knew they were rare and like St. Patrick’ s Day shamrocks brought good luck. If one of us found one we would make a silent wish for some good thing or event in our lives. we named our heart’s desire and we expected wholeheartedly that it would be fulfilled.

It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye. ~~ Antoine Saint Exupery, The Little Prince

Things aren’t always what they seem. Conditions and appearances may cloud our vision of the absolute truth of the life we are to experience. Leading us to form opinions and draw conclusions based upon the compelling but perhaps erroneous information that, at first glance, may appear as absolute reality.

When we view situations solely through intellectual processes, we might be led to making harsh judgments by using rigid and inflexible rules we have been taught and come to regard as law. This process may serve us in making simple decisions but reason must be tempered by the love, spirit and compassion that reside within each of us.

It takes courage to look at our lives honestly. Really, it does – most of the time we just talk ourselves into being satisfied with the norm. But then at the most pivotal moments in our life something happens. There is a rumbling from some unknown place within us that tells us more of the same isn’t an option. We have a flash that there is something greater. We sense something brighter and have a taste or an inkling of a life that is more real and more fulfilling than the one we are currently living. We have caught a vision for our life.

Only the loving ones find love & they never have to reach for it – Sunyata

This has been the month of love. Love has many facets, like a finely cut diamond, yet it is only One. When somebody loves us, our lives are filled with all sorts of pleasure. We have companionship, friendships and family. Yet, we keep searching for that ever – elusive feeling that eludes us, even with all the love mentioned above. After a great deal of actually listening and paying attention to my own heart, I have found that only love worth having is the love I bestow upon others, unconditionally. This is especially difficult with family, friends and close companionship.

Listen! What do you hear? Do you hear someone calling out who simply wants to be heard? Listen! Do you hear the faint voice within you, giving you sacred and divine guidance? If not, then you’re not really listening. There are people who think the only way to listen is with their ears; the ears  hears words, but words are filtered through the mind. There are other ways to listen. For instance, you can always listen with your heart. When you listen with your heart, you can hear beyond the filtered words spoken and get what is being said beneath the tongue. The words of another may be coming out in an offensive manner but most likely it’s simply a cry for understanding about some hurt or pain a person might be suffering. If you’re listening with your ears you’ll probably respond from the same level as the literal words that are being slung at you.

You loving you. Wow, what a concept. Instead of waiting for the special someone to love you – how about you loving you. Does this sound like you? Do you deflect compliments? Do you hear criticism from others even when they don’t intent it? Do you find yourself worrying or feeling guilty while in the midst of doing something you love? If so, you’re not alone.

All we need is love, love, love… love is all we need – John Lennon

Love is the most powerful force on the planet. It is the one thing that heals all things and is the very essence of who are are. No matter what the question love is always the answer. We live in a culture that tempts us to look outside ourselves for love, but love is what we must bring to the party. We can never find in the external world what does not exist within us.
